The Lord Is My Light is not just an ordinary song just like that of the world, it’s highly spiritual. For the bible stated that: “If you belonged to the world, it would love you as its own. As it is, you do not belong to the world, but I have chosen you out of the world. That is why the world hates you”. – John 15:19. Furthermore the scripture also state that in the book of John 8:22-24 So the Jews said, “Will he kill himself, since he says, ‘Where I am going, you cannot come’?” He said to them, “You are from below; I am from above. You are of this world; I am not of this world. I told you that you would die in your sins, for unless you believe that I am he you will die in your sins.”

New International Version
12 “Please test(A) your servants for ten days: Give us nothing but vegetables to eat and water to drink. 13 Then compare our appearance with that of the young men who eat the royal food, and treat your servants in accordance with what you see.”(B) 14 So he agreed to this and tested(C) them for ten days.
15 At the end of the ten days they looked healthier and better nourished than any of the young men who ate the royal food.(D) 16 So the guard took away their choice food and the wine they were to drink and gave them vegetables instead.(E)
